Usi e proprietà: Insalate, minestre, pasta, pesce bollito e alla griglia, salse, ripieni, pizze, arrosti e bistecche. Nelle marinate di carne in genere.
The seeds flavour bread, buns, cakes, boiled chestnuts and snail fillings.
